Inside of the WP2 system, you have the ability to set exercise weights based off of One Rep Max. The default formula that is used for this is The Landers (1985) equation as follows:
(100 × Weight) ÷ ( 101.3 - (2.67123 × Number of repetitions ) )

If there is only one rep entered into the system, it will ignore the formula and consider that as the One Rep Max.
