Messaging in WP2

The messaging capability within the Warrior Performance Platform enables a direct line of communication between the practitioner and the end user.

Why Use Messaging?

This feature is a great way to:

• Communicate about questions within the platform
• Follow up about an assigned activity, program, questionnaire, or library item

Dual-Way Messaging

We have configured the platform to support dual-way messaging.
This feature allows both the end user and the practitioner to initiate the message.

How to Access Messaging

From the overview page, click on the envelope icon in the top right corner.

How to Send a Message

Tap on the blue circle on the bottom right of the page, tap on the line to select the recipient of the message. Search for all of the recipients names, and select the names one by one. Once you're ready to send your message, tap on the orange arrow to send the message.
