ATHLETE - Display mixed line/spline/area/column/bar of latest value and/or group avg for multiple fields on the latest number of shared dates

1. Dashboard Name
   A unique name to identify this dashboard when editing or assigning to layouts
2. Latest number of values to display
   Displays the number of most recent values on the dashboard
3. Latest number of dates to display
   If you want to display a certain number of dates, put in a number you would like
4. Field
   The testing/questionnaire field that you have entered data into that you would like to graph
5. Plot type
   The type of plot that appears on your dashboard
6. Stack column or area
   If you had a column or area plot, you can stack them on your visual
7. Stack labels
   If you had a column or area plot, you can display a sum of the fields in the stacked plot
8. Display Values
   Select what you would like to see plotted on your dashboard with your values
