Tagged Recent Notes Dashboard

ATHLETE - Display and compare latest notes, related to user and visible by role, optionally having a tag.

1. Dashboard Name
   A unique name to identify this dashboard when editing or assigning to layouts
2. Latest number of notes to display
   The number of notes that will display on the dashboard that have the given note
3. Display full note on dashboard
   When selected, expand to see the full note on the dashboard by default
4. Tags
   Notes that have these tags will appear in the dashboard that you have created
