Current Aggregate Assessment: A Detailed Overview

The Current Aggregate Assessment Builder allows you to summarize values recorded within a defined time period and display a single result for each athlete.

This assessment is useful when you want to view totals, averages, minimums, maximums, or specific values collected during a day, week, or month without performing any baseline or historical comparison.

Common use cases include:

• Daily wellness averages
• Weekly training load totals
• Monthly distance accumulated
• Highest jump score during a testing week
• Most recent body weight measurement
• Lowest readiness score recorded during a period

Assessment Name

Enter a unique name for the assessment.

This name is used internally when editing, assigning, or managing layouts.

Examples:

• Weekly Training Load
• Daily Wellness Average
• Monthly Distance
• Max Jump Height

Display Name

The column header displayed within dashboards and reports.

This can be a shorter version of the assessment name.

Examples:

• Weekly Load
• Wellness Avg
• Distance

Assessment Field

Select the metric you want to aggregate.

Examples include:

• Training Load
• Session Duration
• Body Weight
• HRV
• Wellness Score
• Distance
• Repetitions
• Any custom metric stored in the platform

Time Period

Determines the timeframe from which data will be collected.

Available options include:

Day

Aggregates values recorded within individual days.

Examples:

• Average wellness score today
• Total training load today

Week

Aggregates values recorded within weekly periods.

Examples:

• Weekly training load
• Weekly distance covered

Month

Aggregates values recorded within monthly periods.

Examples:

• Monthly workload
• Monthly completed sessions

Time Period Count

Determines how many recent periods should be included.

Examples:

Day = 1

Uses today's data only.

Day = 7

Uses the previous seven days of data.

Week = 4

Uses the previous four weeks of data.

Month = 3

Uses the previous three months of data.

Calculation

Determines how all collected values are reduced into a single result.

Average of All Values

Calculates the mean of all values collected within the selected period.

Example:

HRV values:
80, 85, 90

Result:
85

Sum of All Values

Adds all values together.

Example:

Daily training loads:
250, 300, 275

Result:
825

Minimum Value

Returns the lowest value recorded during the selected period.

Example:

Readiness scores:
7, 5, 8

Result:
5

Maximum Value

Returns the highest value recorded during the selected period.

Example:

Jump heights:
28, 30, 29

Result:
30

Latest Value

Returns the most recently recorded value.

Example:

Thresholds and Color Coding

Thresholds can be applied to automatically highlight values that meet defined criteria.

Common examples include:

Training Load

• Green = Target range achieved
• Yellow = Slightly above or below target
• Red = Outside desired range

Wellness Scores

• Green = High readiness
• Yellow = Moderate readiness
• Red = Low readiness

Distance Metrics

• Green = Goal achieved
• Yellow = Approaching goal
• Red = Below goal

Thresholds should be entered from lowest to highest and can be automatically sorted using the sort button.

Calculate total distance completed during the current month.

Best Performance During Testing Week

Display the highest performance value recorded during the current week.

This configuration will average all HRV values recorded during the previous seven days and display a single value for each athlete.
