Starting on your overview page, scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
Select "Fitness"
Here you can see your fitness home. On this screen you can see your workout streak, today's workout progress, and tonnage in a snapshot. From your fitness homepage you can navigate to previously completed workouts, new daily workouts, full programs tailored to different goals, and the ability to add in your own workout.
