How To: Send and Manage In-App Push Notifications

In this article: Learn how to navigate to the notification manager, create, send, and track your push notifications as a Coach or Administrator in WP2.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. From your home screen, click on the bell icon in the top right corner to open your notifications menu

2. Select "View All"

3. To start a new notification, click on the blue icon to begin constructing your notification

4. Select users to send the notification to, type in the Title of the notification and enter the body of the notification message.

5. Click on Send.

6. To check who has read your notifications, click on the "Sent" tab, then the notification itself to expand the menu. 

- A Red icon means nobody has acknowledged the notification.

- A Yellow icon means some of the group has acknowledged the notification.

- A Green icon means the entire group has acknowledged the notification.
